Cynthia Folse Pechon, Esq., Staff Attorney, provides overall legal services for Colorado Access.

Cynthia joined Colorado Access in 2007.  Through her role as Staff Attorney, she provides legal advice regarding transactions, policy development and potential disputes.  Additionally, she helps Colorado Access promote compliance with each line of business contract and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. 

Cynthia graduated from University of New Orleans with a BA in Philosophy and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law in 2005.  She is currently licensed with the Colorado State Bar.  For nearly a decade, Cynthia has worked in the healthcare industry in both her native Louisiana and here in Colorado.
