Gretchen Flanders McGinnis, MSPH – Senior Vice President of Healthcare Systems and Accountable Care
Gretchen Flanders McGinnis, MSPH, Senior Vice President of Healthcare Systems and Accountable Care oversees our three Regional Collaborative Care Organization (RCCO) contracts, our CHP+ programs (HMO and SMCN), our medical assistance site AMES as well as our legislative relations and external relations activities.
Gretchen joined Colorado Access in March 2000. Since that time, she has played an integral part in the growth of Colorado Access, by applying deep knowledge of public healthcare systems and policy to internal strategies for meeting market demand. Gretchen received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Vassar College and earned a Master of Science degree in public health from the University of Colorado. She has more than 17 years of healthcare experience, and brings to Colorado Access a unique understanding of healthcare systems and public policy. Prior to joining Colorado Access, she worked on health care policy issues at the National Conference of State Legislatures.
