Gretchen Flanders McGinnis, MSPH

Gretchen Flanders McGinnis, MSPHGretchen Flanders McGinnis, MSPH, Vice President of Public Policy and Performance Improvement, provides oversight of all strategic planning activities.

Gretchen joined Colorado Access in March of 2000 as the Decision Support Manager.  Since that time, she has played an integral part in the growth of Colorado Access.  As the Vice President of Public Policy and Performance Improvement, she is accountable for oversight and management of corporate strategic planning, business development, quality management, provider and community relations, media relations, legislative relations, and the Office of Member and Family Affairs.

Gretchen received a BS in Biology from Vassar College and earned a Masters of Science in Public Health from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  She has over 12 years of healthcare experience, and brings to Colorado Access a unique understanding of healthcare systems and public policy.  Prior to joining Colorado Access, she served as a Policy Associate for the National Conference of State Legislatures.
