Marie Steckbeck, MBA

Marie Steckbeck, MBA, Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of Operations, provides oversight and overall management of day-to-day health plan operations for Colorado Access. 

Marie joined Colorado Access in 1999 responsible for Corporate Compliance and Strategic Planning.  In 2001, she was appointed Vice President of Program Integrity.   In 2003, she was appointed to her current position, where she is responsible for core health plan functions including Eligibility/Enrollment, Customer Service, Claims/Encounter Processing, System Configuration and Information Technology.

Marie received a BS in Business Administration from Ball State University in 1992, and earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1997.  She has over a decade of experience in managed health plan operations.  Prior to joining Colorado Access, Marie served as the Director of Business Development for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.
