Mike McKitterick, RN

Mike L. McKitterick, RN, Vice President of Clinical Operations, provides oversight and overall management of clinical operations for Colorado Access. 

Mike joined Colorado Access in 1998 as the Clinical Director of Adolescent Behavioral Health Services.  Since that time, he has held increasingly responsible roles and was appointed Vice President of Clinical Services in 2006.  In this position, Mike is responsible for Utilization Management, Care Management, Pharmacy Services, and Decision Support and Reporting.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin.  He has over 30 years of experience in supervision, management and administration in a variety of healthcare settings. Prior to joining Colorado Access, he served as the Clinical Director of Child and Adolescent Inpatient Services at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver, Colorado.
