Reñe Gallegos

Reñe Gallegos, Director, Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer, provides oversight of various administrative functions and the corporate compliance program.

Reñe is the newest edition to Colorado Access’ management team, joining the company in January 2010. As the Director of Human Resources and the Corporate Compliance Officer, she provides leadership and direction to the Human Resources and Facilities departments and ensures that Colorado Access maintains a safe, comfortable, and efficient office environment.  Additionally, she serves as the company’s corporate compliance trainer. 

Reñe has over a decade of increasing levels of management responsibilities within Human Resources.  She received a BA degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She holds a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management designation and possesses excellent communication and training skills. Prior to joining Colorado Access, Reñe served as the Director, Front Range Administration and Human Resources for Rocky Mountain Health Plans.  In addition to her professional experience, Reñe served as a board member for the Mile High Medical Academy and volunteers her time for a number of charitable organizations.
