Colorado Access Goes Live with UST HealthProof Core Administration Platform

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – UST HealthProof, with its partner HealthEdge, successfully launched their core administrative platform solution at Colorado Access in November 2022. After a review in 2021, Colorado Access concluded it could achieve increased efficiencies, better performance, streamlined operations and a better member experience in moving to an integrated model with HealthEdge.

In the first six months of operation from November 2022 to April 2023, Colorado Access has made notable improvements:

  • More automation and lower fallouts for enrollment load
  • Average claim auto-adjudication has increased to 90%
