Tasirin Sadarwar Sadarwar Ku

Ta yaya hanyar sadarwar ku ke shafar lafiyar ku da farin cikin ku?

wannan jerin labaran ya ƙunshi nau'ikan biyar na Masu Tabbatar da Lafiyar Jama'a (SDoH), kamar yadda aka bayyana Lafiya mutane 2030. Don tunatarwa, sune: 1) unguwannin mu da muhallin da aka gina, 2) lafiya da kula da lafiya, 3) mahallin zamantakewa da na al'umma, 4) ilimi, da 5) kwanciyar hankali na tattalin arziki.[1]  A cikin wannan sakon, Ina so in yi magana game da mahallin zamantakewa da na al'umma, da tasirin dangantakarmu da cibiyoyin sadarwar jama'a na iya shafar lafiyarmu, farin cikinmu, da ingancin rayuwarmu gaba ɗaya.
