Yin rigakafin: Man Smart, Woman Smarter

Lokacin da nake koleji, ina so in zama mai cin abinci mai rijista. Lafiya, na yi wancan na ƙarshe, amma gaskiya ne ga maza a cikin rayuwata aƙalla!

Ofaya daga cikin mawaƙan da na fi so shine Matattu Masu Godiya, kuma sau da yawa sukan rufe waƙa da ake kira “Man Smart, Mace Mai Wayo.” Duk da yake ban yarda ba gaba daya kuma ba na tallata wani jinsi a kan wani ba ta wata hanya, dole ne in yarda cewa kimiyya na nuna cewa mata sun fi maza wayo wajen yin rigakafin. Wannan abu ne mai kyau ga lafiyar mata gabaɗaya, amma kuma yana nufin cewa zamu iya taimakawa maza a cikin rayuwarmu su sami ƙwarewa da wayo wajen rigakafin.

Kuma Yuni babban lokaci ne na farawa: Watan Lafiya na Maza ne, wanda ke mai da hankali kan wayar da kan jama'a game da matsalolin kiwon lafiya da za a iya hanawa da wuri da kuma magance cututtuka ga maza da yara.

Nayi kokarin tunatar da mahaifina, dan uwana, da saurayina na hanyoyi masu sauki na zama cikin koshin lafiya ba tare da wahala ba. Wannan ya fi wuya fiye da yadda yake sauti, amma yana da mahimmanci! Ina ƙoƙarin taimaka musu su zaɓi abinci mafi ƙoshin lafiya (mahaifina yana kirana a matsayin mai kula da abun ciye-ciye), tilasta su suyi motsa jiki tare da ni ko da shine abu na ƙarshe da suke so suyi, ko tunatar da su su sanya hasken rana a duk lokacin da suka fita waje (musamman idan suna ziyartata anan anan Colorado, saboda muna daga New York kuma rana ta Colorado itace ().

Na kuma yi kokarin tabbatar da cewa suna ganin likita da likitan hakora a kai a kai don su ci gaba da zama a hanya kuma su kama duk wata karamar matsala kafin su shiga manyan matsaloli.
