Ranar Murmushi ta Duniya

"Yi aikin alheri - taimaka wa mutum ya yi murmushi."

Don haka karanta jumla don Ranar Murmushi ta Duniya, wacce ake biki kowace shekara a ranar Juma'a ta farko na Oktoba kuma za a kiyaye ta ranar 1 ga Oktoba, 2021. Mawallafi Harvey Ball ne ya ƙirƙiro wannan ranar farin ciki, mahaliccin hoton fuskar murmushi mai launin rawaya. Ya yi imani cewa za mu iya inganta duniya murmushi ɗaya a lokaci guda.

Duk mun ji cewa murmushi yana yaduwa, amma kun san cewa akwai ainihin ilimin kimiyya don tallafawa wannan da'awar? Shaidun da ke ƙaruwa suna nuna cewa kwaikwayon fuska fuska ce ta ɗan adam. Rashin lafiyar baki na yau da kullun na iya haifar da cututtukan gum, kamar periodontitis, wanda zai iya ba da gudummawa ga asarar kashi, yana lalata ƙashin da ke goyan bayan haƙoran ku.
