Dalilai 5 don gwada Yoga

Yoga yana saduwa da ku daidai inda kuke. Ayyukan yin yoga yana kawo wayar da kai ga tsayuwar ku, numfashi, da motsi. Matsayin yoga mai sauƙi na iya ba da damar jikin ku da hankalin ku su shakata. Kuna iya zama, tsaye, ko kwanciya. Kuna iya yin yoga a ɗakin studio, a bayan gida, ko duk inda kuke so.

Na yi yoga tsawon shekaru 10 kuma na yi aƙalla sau ɗaya a rana. Yoga ya sauƙaƙa min azaba ta jiki da ta tunani. Ya taimake ni in fuskanci ƙalubale da yawa. Na mallaki tabarma ta yoga, littafi mai tsarki, bin malaman yoga na YouTube, da google “yoga don…” kamar raina ya dogara da shi. Yoga ya taimaka min samun nutsuwa da yarda a cikin rayuwata ta yau da kullun. Yoga ya taimaka mini in rayu cikin cikakken rayuwa.

Ana iya jin fa'idar yoga nan da nan. Kuna iya zaɓar yadda da lokacin yin yoga. Babu ƙaramin abin buƙata. Labari ne game da inda kake yanzu. Ba wa kanku izini don nemo aikin yoga wanda ya dace da bukatunku.

  • Kuna gaggawa daga abu ɗaya zuwa na gaba?
  • Kuna samun gajiya?
  • An kashe kwanakin ku a kwamfuta?
  • Kuna ganin kanku kuna miƙawa cikin yini?
  • Kuna fuskantar ciwo da azaba?
  • Kuna fuskantar baƙin ciki?
  • Shin kuna neman ƙasa?

Duk abin da kuke buƙata, akwai yanayin yoga wanda zai iya taimaka muku!

Dalilai 5 don gwada Yoga:

  1. Ana iya yin yoga ko'ina: akan tabarma, gado, kujera, ko cikin ciyawa.
  2. Yi aiki ba tare da farashi ko sadaukar da lokaci ba: yi shi kyauta kuma cikin asan mintuna kaɗan.
  3. Sami haɗin ciki: rage da cire damuwa daga jiki da tunani.
  4. Ƙwarewar ƙwarewa: kawo daidaiton cikin kwanakin ku.
  5. Yoga daidai ne abin da kuke buƙata: zaɓi sigogi, lokaci, wuri, da sarari.
