Ithonya Lenethiwekhi Yakho Yomphakathi

Inethiwekhi yakho yokuxhumana nabantu iyithonya kanjani impilo yakho nenjabulo yakho?

Lokhu uchungechunge lwebhulogi ihlanganisa izigaba ezinhlanu zeSocial Determinants of Health (SDoH), njengoba kuchaziwe Abantu Abaphilile 2030. Njengesikhumbuzo, yilezi: 1) izindawo ezingomakhelwane bethu nezindawo ezakhiwe, 2) ukunakekelwa kwezempilo nezempilo, 3) isimo senhlalo nomphakathi, i-4) imfundo, ne-5) ukuzinza kwezomnotho.[1]  Kulokhu okuthunyelwe, ngithanda ukukhuluma ngomongo wokuxhumana nomphakathi, kanye nomthelela ubudlelwano bethu nezinkundla zokuxhumana ezingaba nawo empilweni yethu, enjabulweni naseqophelweni eliphezulu lempilo.

Ngicabanga ukuthi akusho ukuthi inethiwekhi eqinile yomndeni nabangane abasekelayo ingaba nomthelela omkhulu empilweni nasenjabulweni yomuntu. Njengabantu, ngokuvamile sidinga ukuzwa uthando nokusekelwa ukuze siphumelele. Kunezintaba zocwaningo ezisekela lokhu futhi, futhi ezigqamisa imiphumela yobudlelwano obunobutha, noma obungasekeli.

Futhi, ngenethiwekhi yethu yabaxhumanisi bokunakekelwa kanye nabaphathi bokunakekelwa abakhona ukuze basize amalungu ethu kuzo zonke izinyathelo zohambo lwawo lokunakekelwa kwezempilo.
