Izizathu ezi-5 Zokuzama i-Yoga

I-Yoga ihlangana nawe ngqo lapho ukhona. Isenzo sokwenza i-yoga siletha ukuqaphela ukuma kwakho, ukuphefumula nokunyakaza kwakho.
