Bobby has served more than 25 years in high-tech, municipal government, and health care executive roles within the areas of people services operations; diversity, equity, and inclusion; cultural competency; and training and organization development. Bobby has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Tennessee State University and holds a Master of Arts degree in organization management from the University of Phoenix. He currently serves on the board of directors for GlobalMindEd, the White Bison Foundation, and the LIV Project. He is a lifetime member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is also a 2022 recipient of the Denver Business Journal Inaugural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership award.
