Emily is an accomplished senior recruiter at Colorado Access and has been at the company since 2016. Emily supports people and is helping to build the organization by staffing, hiring and executing the talent acquisition strategy for all Colorado Access; ensuring that Colorado Access maintains its position as a leader in the health care industry. Emily is passionate about creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging for all members of the organization. Her focus on diversity and inclusion has been integral in developing a highly engaged and motivated workforce. In her free time, Emily is a violin player in the Castle Rock orchestra, along with her husband, who plays viola. Together, they love traveling and also have a crafting hobby that includes wood art, 3D printing and essential oil products.
