Mirella's journey has seen her transition from a high school dropout to a respected professional dedicated to advancing the well-being and empowerment of individuals and families in Colorado. Currently, she serves as the foundation program manager at the Colorado Access Foundation, where she leverages more than 12 years of experience in health care and nonprofits. Her previous roles, including a whimsical stint as the Tooth Fairy at Delta Dental of Colorado and Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation, have equipped her with extensive skills in program management, strategic planning, and collaboration.
