Sara is a senior learning & organizational development specialist with more than eight years of experience at Colorado Access. Passionate about fostering growth and development, she brings a dynamic approach to empowering individuals and teams. Outside of work, Sara enjoys exploring new destinations, engaging in historical reenactments, and spending time with three beloved dogs (and her husband). Dedicated to supporting women in building confidence and self-reliance, Sara also leads training sessions focused on personal defense and situational awareness.
