Regrettably, we will not offer Medicare plans in 2016. We have cared for Medicare members for more than 10 years, and this was a difficult decision. We will continue to manage our existing plans through December 31, 2015. You can count on the same level of service for as long as you are our member. Read more here.

Child Health Plan Plus

This low-cost health plan is for uninsured children ages 18 and under whose families earn too much to qualify for Medicaid, but cannot afford private insurance.

Individual & Family Plans

Coloradans who don't have health insurance will have an opportunity to shop for health insurance with Access Health Colorado.


3 Sisters

Medicaid provides health coverage for low-income families, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with disabilities. Our programs cover behavioral, physical, and long-term care.

Grandmother and Grandaughter

Medicare is for people who are 65 years or older, or have a disability.

CART (Community Accessing Resources Together)  A free health care event that will help Coloradoans get connected for health care, nutrition education, food assistance sites, dental care and mental care services. COA has partnered up with CART and we will be hosting a table offering assistance with enrollment for CHP+ and Medicaid.

Project Homeless Connect 15 (PHC15) PHC is a one day, free event where individuals and families experiencing homelessness can access services and resources including medical care, Homeless Court, benefit assistance, employment services, haircuts, clothing and other community resources.
