Specializing in coordinating programmatic implementation, Tiffiany assures that diverse voices are embedded in internal processes and identifies as an emerging professional, cultivating her leadership skills to support the work of DE&I. With a strong background in human resources and executive leadership support, Tiffiany has a unique perspective on how critical decision making and collaboration are key components of creating a culture of belonging. Her knowledge is garnered through her life experience, passion, and dedication to promote social justice. Through storytelling grounded in her love for all humanity, Tiffiany is a powerful communicator and dedicated positive change agent. Tiffiany proudly supports her son as a first-generation college student athlete, and as an emerging professional she has identified new goals and aspirations to further solidify her career to support a variety of communities.
