Optum Change Healthcare (CHC) is experiencing a network service interruption due to a cybersecurity issue. As a result, any provider using CHC cannot conduct electronic transactions such as submitting claims or confirming member eligibility. Our teams are working to reduce impacts and protect our networks. Please click here for status updates.
