Plan Formularies

The following is a list of Colorado Access plan formularies - A formulary is a list of drugs that are covered by Colorado Access. Drugs on the formulary have been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as safe and effective. The formulary is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current medical standards of drug therapy.

ePocrates

Whether you're a health care professional or a patient, you can now access the Colorado Access Clinical Formulary as well as other valuable drug information on your PDA. The ePocrates Rx software is free and can be downloaded from the ePocrates website http://www.epocrates.com/.

To download ePocrates click on handheld solutions and select the correct version for your PDA. Once the program has been loaded onto your PDA, you can add our formulary to your PDA by simply clicking on the Add formularies tab.
