At Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) offered by Colorado Access, we want to make sure you get the prescription medications you need. This is a list of medications covered by your plan. If a medication is not on the formulary list, it is not covered. Use this list to find out if your medication is covered. Medications are listed alphabetically. Updates are generally made at the first of each month.
