Workforce Member Conflict of Interest – Policy CMP-219

Guide

Compliance

This policy outlines Colorado Access’s approach to identifying and managing actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest among its workforce. It provides definitions and guidance around outside employment, social media and podcast activity, relationships with family members, board participation, financial interests, and more. Workforce members are required to disclose any potential conflicts through a formal process and complete annual disclosures. The Compliance Department reviews all disclosures and determines appropriate mitigation actions. The policy promotes transparency, ethical conduct, and non-retaliation for good faith reporting.
