Additional PTPs for August 1, 2026

This transmittal serves as official notification that, as part of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing’s (HCPF) Supportive Services Sustainability Strategy, HCPF will implement additional Procedure-to-Procedure (PTP) edits for select supportive services codes, effective August 1, 2026. PTP edits do not allow code pairs to be billed together on the same date of service for the same member. This policy transmittal is in addition to those announced in Policy Transmittal 25-26-24, Supportive Service MUEs and PTPs for 8.1.26.

All Regional Accountable Entities (RAEs) must ensure that the Colorado PTP edits described below are implemented and enforced effective August 1, 2026.
