Colorado Access Honored for its Commitment to Mental Health and Serving the LGBTQ+ Community

AURORA, Colo. — Colorado Access is proud to be the recipient of the 2025 Lean On Me Organizational Award by Envision:You, a longstanding partner dedicated to closing gaps in behavioral health outcomes for LGBTQ+ individuals. Each year, the Lean On Me Award recognizes an institution and individual that have dedicated time and work to the mission of improving LGBTQ+ mental health.

“We appreciate the partnership with Envision:You and the opportunity to work alongside an organization so passionately committed to the mental health and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community,” said Teresa Dinh, senior consultant for diversity, equity, and inclusion, “We are honored by this award, a heartfelt affirmation of our shared dedication to fostering inclusive, affirming spaces where every individual, regardless of their identity, can access the care and support they deserve.”

Envision:You was founded in 2018 to address the urgent need for culturally responsive mental health care for the LGBTQ+ community. Through public awareness efforts, suicide prevention initiatives, and professional training programs, Envision:You works to eliminate the barriers that prevent LGBTQ+ Coloradans from receiving the care they need. Colorado Access has been a proud partner in these efforts, supporting initiatives that promote mental well-being and access to care across the state.

The Lean On Me Awards were presented at Envision:You’s annual Garden Party on May 31, 2025, at the Denver Botanic Gardens.
